By joining or renewing your membership with Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation (TPWF) between January 1, 2019 to October 15, 2019, you are automatically entered to win the giveaway.
The price of membership pays for TPWF membership only and not for the chance to win the weekend at the Cowboy Artists of America Sale & Exhibition in Fort Worth.
The weekend experience is only available for one TPWF member and his/her guest on November 1-3, 2019
Eligibility deadline for this experience is October 15 and winner will be notified by October 16. Winner will then have 5 business days to confirm availability to attend the weekend hunting experience before a new winner is selected. Prize is non-transferrable, and winner must be a current member of TPWF.
Lodging will be included in the offer; however, meals and transportation to and from the experience are not included.

The TPWF Giveaway winner and his/her guest are invited to attend the 54th Annual Cowboy Artists of America Sale and Exhibition featuring the work of We Will Not Be Tamed Ambassador Teal Coke Blake.

Location: Amon G. Carter Jr. Exhibits Hall in Fort Worth
Lodging will be included for a two-night stay on Nov. 1-3, 2019.

-Artist Demonstrations and Presentations at neighboring museums (morning and afternoon, public events)

-Celebratory Awards Luncheon: Three-course meal, wine selection, awards and video presentations (nice casual dress)
-Evening Show & Sale – Fixed price sale, artist meet and mingle, video demos, free parking on location, food stations catered by Reata Restaurant, full open bar, live music (black tie optional attire)

By agreeing to attend, you agree to promptly sign and return all paperwork that Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation sends to you, this includes an IRS Form 5754 due to the value of the prize exceeding $600.
